How do i contact Simply Classifieds

How do i create an account with Simply Classifieds?.
Account creation is really straight forward, you have two options to consider when creating your Simply Classifieds membership.

Option 1: Click the “Post an Ad” button which is on every page and follow the procedure, when the registration process is completed you will be sent an email to the email address that you used to create your account with this email will contain the username and password that you registered when creating your account.

Option 2: At the very top of the page (on the right) you will see this “Welcome, visitor! [ Register | Login ]” all you need to do is click the register link, the process is then the same as option 1.

I have forgotten my password?.
You can now recover a lost password by clicking the “Recover Password” link at the top of each page, all you need to do is fill in the text field with either your username or email address used when creating your account, a new password will then be emailed to you.

I need to change my password?.
Maybe you forgotten your password and followed the steps above to get a new one, this new password may not be easy to remember, it is important that firstly you must be logged in to change your password, at the top of the page you will see a link that says “Dashboard” click that link and then on the next page click the “edit profile” link, here you can change your password to a more easily remembered choice of your own.

I have an Ad listing already live and i want to edit it.
Editing an existing Ad is a cinch:

Firstly you will need to be logged in, once logged in you will see this “Welcome, YOUR USER NAME IS HERE [ My Dashboard | Log out ]” at the very top of the page on the right, all you need to do now is click the link that says “My Dashboard”. Once the page reloads you will then see all the Ad’s listed that are associated to your account. To edit any Ad just click on the pencil icon and Ad editing options for that particular Ad will now be visible, remember once you have edited the Ad you will need to click the “Update Ad” button at the end of the Ad editing fields.

I have received an email saying that somebody is interested in my Ad, but I can not see any contact details.
To reply to a “Somebody is interested in your Ad” email:

All you are required to do is click “reply” in your email programme and the enquirers email address will auto add itself into the “Send To” field.
