On this page you will find the terms and conditions that apply to Simply Classifieds, these terms and conditions apply to Advertisers, Buyers and to ourselves here at Simply Classifieds.

From here on in Simply Classifieds will be referred to as Simply Classifieds, Simply Networking, our, ourselves or we. Simply Classifieds is a Murcia based website which inturn is a division of Simply Networking offering our users a vehicle to advertise their products and services as well as advertise for wanted products and services.

Ourselves

We provide users with the means to buy, rent, sell, request and offer services in both a trade and public capacity for items that are new or secondhand. In the respect of services offered in both a public and trade capacity and for items of sale or rental we accept no responsibilty for losses both financial and material, items received in a poor condition or products, services, rentals and leasings not fitting the Advertisers description.

All correspondence regarding the procurement of items and services shall be conducted privately between the Advertiser and the Buyer using the private and secure systems that we at Simply Classifieds have in place. These systems require that User Login is required, Users must provide a valid email address. Emails provided maybe used by ourselves to notify our users of special offers, points of interest, User account status and promotions offered by ourselves.

Advertisers

All advertisements submitted will be held by ourselves in preview status and reviewed manually before placing into a live status on our spanish classified ads site.

Advertisers accept all responsibility for the content, integrity, honesty and validity of the classifieds they place, upon submission of each classified advert the Advertiser must accept or decline that the advert adheres to our guidelines, declining will result in a non published advertisement, upon the Advertiser accepting the advertisement it will then be processed and held for a short while in preview status before being accepted, edited and accepted or declined by Simply Networking.

Simply Classifieds reserve total right whether to decline, edit or publish any classifieds advertisement.

Payed advertisements must be paid in advance at the time of submission, our payment plan uses paypal which accept credit cards, at no time do we have access to the Advertisers bank details. Only upon receipt of payment for payed advertisements will the advertisement then be published by Simply Classifieds.

Each Advertiser must have only one User account with Simply Classifieds, Advertisers must not at any time without prior permission from Simply Classifieds create duplicate accounts under different email addresses.
Upon submitting a classifieds advertisement Advertisers are aware that they may be contacted privately by interested individuals/parties in the product or service/s that they offer.

Buyers

Upon submission of an advertisement the Advertiser has assumed permission for the Buyer to contact them with regards to the product or service that they offer.

In the interests of security it is recommended that the Buyer uses the contact module that is in place within the Advertisers listing.

Simply Classifieds and or Simply Networking will not be held responsible or liable for any disputes that may arise between the Buyer and the Advertiser. In the event of a dispute needing resolving by legal means then Simply Classifieds will provide assistance and co-operation to any requests from legal authorites.

It is in the Businesses own interest to check the validity and terms of any advertisement on Simply Classifieds prior to parting with any monies to the Advertiser.
